Agreement and service

These terms apply when you access or use BrollCat, an AI visual agent that helps turn scripts, research, and talking-head recordings into video essays. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us through Account → Support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant BrollCat and its configured service providers the limited rights needed to store, analyze, transform, render, and deliver that content for you.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for scripts, footage, music, images, logos, data, voices, likenesses, and reference works you submit. Do not use BrollCat to create pornography, NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content; perform face swaps, deepfakes, or face manipulation; impersonate a person without authorization; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; create unlawful content; distribute malware; bypass security; scrape other accounts; or overload the service. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

AI output and editorial responsibility

AI planning, transcripts, media matching, captions, claims, citations, and generated visuals can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing the Storyboard, Scene script, Assets, sources, final video, and legal suitability before publishing. BrollCat does not guarantee factual accuracy, platform acceptance, audience performance, or that an output is unique.

Credits, subscriptions, and rendering

Credits measure product usage and are not cash, cryptocurrency, or transferable property. The interface shows an estimated credit charge before rendering. A system failure that produces no deliverable is eligible for the automated return described in the product; dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered result does not automatically create a full refund.

Subscriptions renew for the stated period until canceled. Prices, included credits, expiration, queue priority, retention, and collaboration limits are shown at checkout. Taxes and provider fees may apply. Refund rights required by law remain unaffected; other refunds are reviewed through Support.

Free exports contain a BrollCat watermark and do not include the Editing package. An active paid plan unlocks watermark-free delivery and the Editing package according to the plan shown at checkout. The Editing package contains source assets, audio, captions, scene timing, manifests, and composition files; it is not a native CapCut, Jianying, Premiere Pro, or Resolve project.

Third-party services and media

BrollCat provides an independent interface and production workflow that may use third-party AI, media, storage, payment, email, authentication, content-safety, and hosting providers. BrollCat is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated. Free-media sources remain subject to their original licenses and attribution records. Third-party services can change, fail, or remove content, and their own terms may apply.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, control excessive cost, or improve the product. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid users.

Intellectual property

BrollCat software, product design, branding, templates, and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. These terms do not grant permission to copy the service, extract protected components, resell access, or remove product notices except where an open-source license expressly allows it.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and contact

You may stop using BrollCat at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, while preserving records required for billing, security, disputes, or law.
