Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to prompts, scripts, uploads, reference media, generated plans, renders, exports, and any other use of BrollCat. It forms part of the BrollCat Terms of Service.

Sexual and exploitative content

Do not use BrollCat to create, request, transform, promote, or distribute pornography, NSFW content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexual services, or sexual content involving exploitation or coercion. Any sexual content involving minors, or a person who may appear to be a minor, is strictly prohibited.

Identity, likeness, and deception

Do not use BrollCat for face swaps, deepfakes, face manipulation, unauthorized voice or likeness cloning, impersonation, fabricated endorsements, forged evidence, fraud, phishing, or materially deceptive media. You must have clear permission to use another person's voice, image, performance, or private information.

Rights and lawful use

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not use BrollCat to download or republish third-party content in violation of a platform's rules. You are responsible for licenses, releases, citations, and permissions for all submitted and published material.

Do not use BrollCat to facilitate illegal activity, malware, unauthorized surveillance, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, violent extremist propaganda, credible threats, or instructions intended to cause serious harm. Do not bypass access controls, probe other accounts, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service.

Accuracy and disclosure

Review factual claims, charts, citations, captions, synthetic media, and final exports before publication. Clearly disclose AI-generated or materially altered media when required by law, platform rules, or the context needed to avoid misleading viewers.

BrollCat is an independent production interface and workflow that may use configured third-party AI, media, storage, and rendering providers. BrollCat is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated.

Moderation and enforcement

User prompts may be screened by BrollCat and its content-safety provider before processing. A prompt may be blocked when it is denied, flagged, cannot be safely checked, or otherwise appears inconsistent with this policy. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or report activity when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
